“The Summer with Carmen” and “The Detached House” at the 64th Thessaloniki International Film Festival

Argonauts will be participating with two films in the highly anticipated 64th Thessaloniki Film Festival!
Specifically, The Summer with Carmen (directed by Zacharias Mavroeidis) will be screened on Saturday, November 4 at 19:00 at the John Cassavetes Hall, while The Detached House (directed by Kimonas Mylonas) will be screened on Sunday, November 5 at 22:00 in the same hall.

The Summer with Carmen: While having a day-long swim, best mates Demosthenes and Nikitas recall the events of a recent summer in the prospect of turning them into a screenplay. Imagining their lives as a film, brings the two face to face with the pending issues in their colorful friendship.

The Detached House: A petty thief enters a house unaware that it belongs to a retired police officer. He soon finds himself trapped in a twisted game of power, infidelity and sexual perversion. This soon becomes a public spectacle. Driven by power and ambition, truth and deception fiercely collide. Which will prevail? Is escape a possibility?
